Ratchadamnoen Bomber Wanted to ‘Create Chaos,’ Police Say

BANGKOK — Police on Thursday morning were yet to determine the motive behind a bomb which struck Wednesday night in Ratchadamnoen Avenue and injured two people, saying only that the perpetrator had no intention to claim any lives.
