Fire in Bangkok’s Bang Rak Injures 1 Woman

BANGKOK — A woman was being treated for burns after a fire broke out Friday afternoon near the Russian Embassy in Bangkok. Col. Nakorn Thongpanich of Bangrak police said the fire began at about 4pm, destroying five residences in Soi Santiphap.
